eMERTS™Ticketwriter is an integrated application that allows officers to issue citations at the touch of a button.  Data from eMERTS™ Mobile automatically populates relevant fields within eMERTS™ Ticketwriter. 

With a few key strokes, officers can complete a citation in a fraction of the time they used to by handwriting their citations.  The data is automatically transferred into both RMS and into the court records system via secure wireless connection to eliminate redundant data entry.

We believe that once information is entered into our system, that information should not have to be entered again. Any information that comes back from a motor vehicle query automatically populates the appropriate fields in eMERTS™ Ticketwriter so that the officer does not have to manually type that information.
 
Entering other information such as court dates and locations is as simple as clicking a button.   eMERTS™ Ticketwriter has been shown to reduce ticket writing time from 10-12 minutes down to 2-3.
