The Elk River Police Department has improved efficiencies dramatically by deploying eMERTS ™ RMS, eMERTS™ Mobile, eMERTS™ Ticketwriter, and eMERTS™ Field Reporting. These systems work in concert with each other to eliminate redundancy and increase the accuracy of data entry.

LETG delivered the entire system, including cutover within 21 days of the award of the contract. This accomplishment was made possible through LETG's innovative deployment process, LETG's technological platform, and LETG's outstanding staff.

According to Chief Jeff Beahen, of the Elk River Police Department, "LETG has provided us with a method on transferring data that is so effective and efficient, that we are programming in staffing changes that will involve a shift of more than 50% of our current clerical staff to other duties. Instead of data entry-they will focus on reporting crime trends, predict crime concerns, and take a proactive part in making our community a safer place to live."
