On November 1, 2007, The City of Plymouth went live using LETG’s Field Reporting and RMS applications. This long awaited opportunity will create a number of efficiencies for one of the State of Minnesota’s larger police departments.

The City of Plymouth is the sixth largest city in Minnesota. Its police department serves over 71,000 residents and offers the community a full-range of police services. The LETG applications have virtually eliminated time consuming redundant data entry practices at all levels of the organization. This paperless system allows for efficient reporting and its Case Management features have greatly enhanced the department’s Investigative Division.

The Ticketwriter has reduced the amount of time officers spend on traffic stops and the electronic data transfer directly into the RMS component has eliminated redundant data entry. The Ticketwriter and other field reporting capabilities has assisted with the department’s Traffic Enforcement and Education Initiative and allows the officers to be more proactive in the field.
