Woodbury, MN – July 1, 2010

The Roseville Police Department, based in Ramsey County, Minnesota, has gone live with LETG RMS and Field Reporting, with integration into their legacy Mobile and countywide CAD systems.

In addition to generally helping streamline department operations and improving service, the new system will:

 • Facilitate the realigning of office staff duties, freeing them up from redundant tasks (i.e. scanning photos, forms, retrieving duplicate incident data and copying incidents for submission to courts/county attorneys) to allow them to assist in investigations, crime mapping and incident follow-up

 • Provide patrol officers more time to spend on traffic control and enforcement (a continual area of concern for Roseville) by leveraging automated TicketWriter and online forms efficiencies
